When we observe nature we find so much diversity in it. At the same time we find that there are similarities, for example in the way of branching of trees, arteries and rivers.

Visual patterns and forms in nature seem to emerge from combinations of a few themes. Probably its these restrictions or limitations that bring about a sense or order and harmony. Some of them occur again and again.
